    Accountant

    JOB OVERVIEW

    As an Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our company. Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other reports.
    • Analyze financial data and provide management with regular financial reports.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws.

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
    • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Develop and monitor the company's budget.
    • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased revenue.

    Tax Compliance:

    • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
    • Coordinate with tax authorities and respond to tax-related inquiries.

    Audit and Compliance:

    • Coordinate and oversee annual audits.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external auditing standards.

    Financial Analysis:

    • Perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

    Payroll Processing:

    • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Professional Accountant.
    • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage.

    Marketing Manager and Product Marketer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our fintech products and services.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and to create effective marketing campaigns.
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention through various channels, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing.
    • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and product launches.
    • Work closely with product team to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to the audience.
    • Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
    • Allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels to maximize ROI
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in fintech marketing.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech industry.
    • Strong understanding of fintech products and services.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
