    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • A detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to manage the organisation’s financial operations and reporting.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial planning, accounting systems, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
    • This role supports strategic decision-making and ensures the financial health and integrity of the organisation.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, income statements, and cash flow reports.
    • Monitor and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (FIRS, LIRS, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Process and reconcile payments, invoices, payroll, bank transactions, and supplier accounts.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
    • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines from a recognised university.
    • Professional qualifications such as ACA, and ACCA (or in advanced stages of certification) is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in agri-business, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax regulations, and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience in inventory and cost accounting is an advantage.

    Marketing and Sales Manager

    Main Function

    • The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for the organization’s nutraceutical products through a combination of direct sales, client relationship management, and strategic marketing, with a focus ondigital campaigns.
    • The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of marketing experience with proven evidence of digital marketing competence, a solid understanding of the nutraceuticals or wellness sector, and a passion for building customer trust and loyalty through targeted communication and effective promotion.

    Role Responsibilities

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Main Function

    • The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership to drive the organization’s financial performance and growth.
    • This role is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, optimizing the financial structure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Strategic Financial Leadership:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve the Group’s business objectives.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Chairman and Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications
    Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
    • Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA are mandatory

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role.
    • Experience in diverse industries, including FMCG, Oil and Gas, or Hospitality, is an advantage.
