    Accountant

    Job Overview:

    • The Accountant will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial processes across CI Group.
    • This role involves supporting business development through streamlined revenue management, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
    • The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms, such as Tyms Accounting and Bujeti Expenses Management, is highly advantageous, as is the ability to create automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Management: Optimize revenue management processes, ensuring the efficient invoicing of clients and effective management of receivables.
    • Cost Optimization: Implement strategies for cost-saving initiatives, monitor expenditures, and streamline financial operations.
    • Tax Management: Oversee the company’s tax compliance and planning, ensuring full adherence to local and international regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.
    • Financial Reporting: Generate and present management reports to the Group CEO, providing actionable financial insights for decision-making.
    • Workflow Automation: Leverage digital tools such as Tyms Accounting and Bujeti Expenses Management to create automated workflows that streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure that financial goals align with business objectives.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) are an advantage.
    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a service consulting or agency environment, with expertise in revenue management, cost optimization, and financial reporting.

    Job Overview:

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in communications strategy, media, or technology consulting, and the ability to build strategic partnerships that drive value for CI Public Relations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CI Group, leveraging existing networks and actively seeking out potential clients in key industries.
    • Commercial Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory frameworks relevant to CI Group’s business operations.
    • Revenue & Account Expansion: Lead efforts to expand existing accounts and generate new revenue streams, working to achieve and exceed business development targets.
    • Collaboration Across Subsidiaries: Coordinate with various CI Group subsidiaries to align business development strategies and ensure service offerings meet client needs and market demands.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships that enhance CI Group’s service offerings and market reach, working with public and private entities to drive mutual growth.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related social science field.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, communications strategy, media, or technology consulting.
    • Network: Proven ability to build relationships with key players in both public and private sectors, using those relationships to drive business growth.

    Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
    • Business Development: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for account acquisition and expansion.
    • Market Research & Analysis: Expertise in analyzing market trends, Client requirements and developing solutions that address client needs.
