    Accountant / Administrative Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a skilled Accountant & Office Administrator to manage financial transactions and oversee general office administration.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including tax filing, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

    Responsibilities

    Accounting:

    • Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy.
    • Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Prepare financial reports and statements.
    • Handle tax filing and compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
    • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

    Office Administration:

    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • ICAN certification is a plus.
    • Previous experience in office administration is a bonus.
