Role Description

• This is a full-time Account Specialist (Telemedicine) role located in Lekki.
• The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and building relationships with healthcare providers and organizations for our telemedicine platform.
• This involves understanding customer needs, identifying customer pain points, and proposing solutions that align with our platform capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in account relationship management and knowledge of telemedicine or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of Account Relationship Management or Sales experience
• Experience with telemedicine or healthcare is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to tailor communication to different audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to drive decision making
