    Account Officer - Service Centre

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations at our Service Centre. 
    • This role requires someone with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and above all, high levels of integrity and accountability. 
    • The ideal candidate will have mid to senior-level experience in accounting functions and will be responsible for managing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records at the service location.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all financial transactions at the service centre, including customer payments, invoicing, petty cash, and banking.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections, sales, and expenditures.
    • Reconcile cash, bank, and inventory records with internal systems and report discrepancies.
    • Support stock and inventory management by ensuring alignment between physical and system records.
    • Collaborate with the central Finance team to ensure timely remittance of funds and compliance with audit requirements.
    • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and supported by relevant approvals and receipts.
    • Act as the first point of contact for financial matters within the service centre.
    • Uphold and model the company’s values, particularly in maintaining confidentiality, transparency, and ethical financial practices.

    Qualifications
    Educational Qualification: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4-6 years of accounting experience.
    • Relevant experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Proven experience with cash handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and accountability in previous roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

    Solar Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development of our solar solutions and products. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales among both corporate clients and individual consumers. 
    • This role requires a strong understanding of solar technologies, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop tailored energy solutions for diverse customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy space, targeting businesses, commercial facilities, and residential customers.
    • Develop customized proposals and present solar solutions to prospective clients based on their specific energy requirements and financial goals.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including consultation, quotation, negotiation, and closing of deals.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and operations team to ensure accurate system design and smooth project execution.
    • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
    • Manage relationships with key corporate accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide product and solution training to junior sales staff (where applicable).
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the solar energy space.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good technical knowledge of solar products, inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems.
    • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective energy solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in B2B and B2C environments
    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in solar energy or power solutions.
    • Experience in selling to corporate organizations, SMEs, and high-end residential clients will be an added advantage.
