    Account Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities/ Knowledge & Experience/ Skills & Abilities

    1. Invoicing and Billing:
      • Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
      • Verify billing information, including product or service details, pricing, and terms.
    2. Payment Processing:
      • Record and apply payments received from clients accurately.
      • Reconcile payments with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
      • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
    3. Collections:
      • Initiate and execute collection procedures for overdue accounts.
      • Follow up on past-due invoices through phone calls, emails, and physical visits.
      • Collaborate with External Sales and Internal Sales Team to address client concerns.
    4. Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.
      • Provide regular updates on the status of receivables and cash flow to management.
    5. Reconciliation:
      • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
      • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices and payments.
    6. Customer Service:
      • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments promptly and professionally.
      • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
    7. Documentation and Compliance:
      • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
      • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
      • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
    8. Process Improvement:
      • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounts receivable processes.
      • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
    9. Any other responsibilities assigned to you.

    Education & Trainings

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as an Accountant.
    • Sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel
    • knowledge of foreign exchange payment/transactions.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data·        
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

    Technical Sales Engineer

    Job Summary:

    The Technical Sales Engineer is a key member of the Sales Team and you will play a vital role in supporting the Lead Sale Engineers in driving technical sales initiatives. This position combines technical knowledge, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams to contribute to successful sales outcomes for the organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Lead Technical Sales Engineer to coordinate sales activities and initiatives.
    • Stay informed about the company\'s engineering products and services.
    • Provide technical expertise to the sales team and clients during the pre-sales process.
    • Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and addressing technical queries.
    • Support in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Participate in client meetings, visitations and contribute technical insights as needed.
    • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues for OEMs, presentations, and sales materials.
    • Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and technical feedback.
    • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Represent the company at events to network with potential clients and industry professionals.
    • Aid in the preparation of sales proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
    • Assist in tailoring proposals to address specific technical concerns.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
    • Act as a liaison between Clients and internal technical teams.
    • Work closely with internal teams within the company to ensure effective communication and support.
    • Contribute to the development of technical sales collateral, presentations, and documentation.
