    Account Officer

    Overview:

    • We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Account officer, you will be responsible for managing the organisation’s financial records, your primary objective will be to track expenses, process invoices, record payments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accounting records, including payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial records.
    • Prepare and analyse financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the Finance Manager.
    • Monitor daily transactions and bank activities to support treasury functions.
    • Preparing and submitting VAT returns and National Insurance contributions.
    • Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems.
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
    • Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal teams to resolve transaction issues.
    • Track receivables and payables to ensure proper cashflow management.
    • Provide support during audits and tax preparation.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
    • Maintaining a record of all receipts and payments.
    • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.

    • Handling general account queries.

    The Ideal Employee Must Have

    • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
    • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software.
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Business Development Manager

    Overview:

    • Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through high value B2B Partnerships and institutional onboarding.
    • Optimize cross boarder payment solutions to attract business and high net-worth individuals.
    • Use data-driven insights to measure and refine business development efforts.
    • Work closely with the legal and compliance team to ensure all business development initiatives align with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop solid projects pipeline, drive conversions over time, and secure revenue growth over time.
    • Identify and attend appropriate industry events and speaking engagements.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to keep busha competitive.

    The ideal employee must have

    • 5+ years of business development experience in fintech, crypto, FX, or cross-border payments.
    • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, remittances, and financial Services.
    • Established connections with banks, PSPs, FX liquidity providers, and government regulators.
    • Ability to identify opportunities, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth.
    • Familiarity with compliance, AML policies, and global crypto/FX regulations.
    • Proven track record of closing high value partnerships and driving B2B sales.

    Senior Brand Designer

    Overview:

    • Collaborate in the design and development of Busha’s brand identity, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines — including all sub-brands and subsequent products and services Busha may expand into.
    • Work with the product team to develop visual elements, such as illustrations, patterns, image treatments, and more, to elevate the product's visuals and experience.
    • Contribute to elevating design at Busha through mentoring, thought leadership, and supporting functional design objectives.
    • Handle day-to-day design tasks, such as creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and internal documents.
    • Possess one or more speciality skills such as motion design, illustration, and 3D design.
    • Partner frequently with project managers, marketers, business stakeholders, and creative leadership.

    Your Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience
    • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Tested experience with Figma
