The Administration department took off immediately the Centre was established. The Department is headed by a head of Administration who directly reports to the Medical Director.

Appointment, recruitment, short listing, staffing, transfer, leave, upgrading, course,training, regularization, confirmation and promotion.
Discipline of staff/grievance procedure.
Maintaining record of service, nominal roll and other information/staff data.
Joint management relations and maintaining other information as it relates to labour laws.
Ensuring effective control of the centre.
