We are also environmentally responsible for the machinery using steam an heat, and are able to safely remove the waste product produced after cleaning your fabrics and household items. What this means is that we are Q STAR DRY CLEANERS.
Your fabrics will be examined at the reception and any stain or defects will be discussed with you to assist our trained factory technician, who will endeavour to return your fabric to you in as near original condition as possible. Any foreseeable problems such as beads, trimmings, or features with the fabrics or dyes will be discussed and professional advice will be given.
