Key Responsibilities

• Receiving stock from the ports as required.
• Prompt processing of stock requisitions from distribution representatives. Cross-checking stock issued to other locations against waybills for accuracy.
• Timely and accurate posting of waybills and return-to-stock documents on QuickBooks.
• Compiling and submitting daily and weekly reports as stipulated.
• Ensuring zero stock discrepancies at all times.
• Conducting daily stock reconciliation using QuickBooks.
• Performing other assigned duties as required.

Personnel Specification

• National Diploma (OND) in Accounting or Business Administration (or related discipline).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Package.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Initiative and proactiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
