Ward Nurse at Starcare International Hospital

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the hospital wards, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine patient assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians to implement patient care plans, and update patient records with progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and assisting with daily needs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient services.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current practicing license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital ward or similar inpatient setting.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
