• Our client is seeking a smart, presentable, friendly, and customer-focused Waitress to join its team.
• The ideal candidate must be confident engaging customers, communicate politely and professionally, and be comfortable using social media platforms to interact with customers and promote the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers' orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Engage customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer transactions.
• Assist with social media engagement and respond appropriately to customer enquiries.
• Promote the restaurant's products, meals, and services to customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the service area.
• Work closely with the kitchen, cashier, and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of an SSCE.
• Previous experience as aWaitress, or similar positionis required.
• Must be smart, neat, presentable, and customer-friendly.
• Excellent spoken English with a polite and respectful manner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to maintain simple sales and customer records.
• Honest, responsible, attentive, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.
