Waiter / Waitress at Paragon Consulting

Responsibilities

• Providing intuitive, polished table service with in-depth menu/wine pairing knowledge.
• Ability to articulate fusion dish inspirations from the menu
• Managing reservations via POS systems
• Resolving guest requests promptly and maintaining impeccable dining ambiance
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure authentic, timely dish presentation.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) or Polytechnic (HND) graduate in any field
• You have 1+ year experience in upscale restaurants/hotels (training provided for exceptional candidates).
• You can discuss Nigerian/Asian culinary traditions.
• You are fluent in English and any of Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo Languages. Fluency in any Asian language is advantageous.
• You are charismatic, detail-oriented, and guest-obsessed.
