Job Summary

• Provide excellent dining service to guests in the hotel restaurant, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food/beverages promptly
• Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items, make recommendations, and handle dietary requests
• Table Management: Maintain cleanliness, set tables, and ensure a welcoming ambiance
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff for smooth service and respond to guest need
• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle bills, and maintain POS records.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
