Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food/beverages to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage tables, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Answer questions and make recommendations on menu items.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and menu presentation.
• Resident of Lekki or nearby areas (essential, as accommodation is not provided).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
