Responsibilities

• Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Menu & Ordering: Present menus, describe dishes/specials, offer recommendations, take orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously check on guests, address needs, and resolve complaints quickly.
• Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments (cash, card), and handle transactions accurately.
• Table Maintenance: Set/reset tables, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health codes, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Upselling: Suggest additional items like desserts, wines, or specials.
