Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled VRF AC Technician to join our Facilities Management team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service VRF HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with VRF HVAC systems.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC or related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare facility or similar environment.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
