The ideal candidate will employ visual merchandising tactics to create an engaging online shopping experience that maximizes customer engagement, increases conversion rates, and drives sales.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in retail and sales
Knowledge and proficiency in creating attractive window displays.
Proven experience with order management systems like Odoo and Vend.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role.
