E-Business Officer at First Ally

Who we are looking for 

We are seeking an innovative and customer-focused E-Business Officer to support the growth and management of the Bank's electronic banking channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital banking services, resolving customer issues, supporting channel optimization, and contributing to the delivery of seamless digital banking experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electronic payment systems, banking operations, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in e-business, digital banking, card services, or electronic payment operations.
• Knowledge of electronic banking products and payment platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
