Job Summary

• The Visual Director leads the creation and execution of high-quality visual content that reflects the brand’s tone, campaigns, and seasonal collections. The role focuses on producing engaging short-form videos and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and produce reels weekly, from shoot to post-production.
• Lead content shoots, ensuring styling, lighting, and storytelling excellence.
• Edit and deliver platform-optimized reels by deadlines.
• Incorporate trends, transitions, and creative editing for engagement.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, and Marketing teams on campaign visuals.
• Present monthly visual concept decks with fresh ideas and mood boards.
• Stay updated on fashion, digital content trends, and competitor visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video direction, editing, and content production.
• Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in editing tools and social media content formats.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
