Role Overview:

At Cliqe Solutions, we are looking for a Visa and Admission Processing Officer, who would play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the visa and admission application process for our esteemed clients. In this dynamic position, He/she would collaborate with embassies, consulates, educational institutions, and other relevant authorities to ensure a seamless and efficient application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive information on visa and admission requirements.
• Advise clients on necessary documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
• Prepare and submit visa and admission applications.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents.
• Monitor application status and provide updates to clients.
• Establish effective communication with authorities.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and educational institutions.
• Maintain organized records of all applications.
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about visa and admission policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Coordinate with other departments for travel arrangements.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Qualifications:

• HND or bachelor’s degree in aviation, travels and tours, or relevant field.
• Proven experience of not less than a year in visa and admission processing, ideally within a travel agency or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for various countries and admission processes for educational institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in visa and admissions processing fields.
