Vice President, Finance & Strategy at Zedcrest Capital Limited

Description / Responsibilities
We are in need a Vice President, Finance & Strategy to drive the financial and strategic management function across the group. The successful candidate will be a member of the Executive Management Team and will:

• Be responsible for strategy formulation & implementation and provide strategic leadership across the group.
• Oversee the financial reporting team and be responsible for Financial Reporting, Stakeholder engagement (Regulators, Tax Authorities Board of Directors, Investors etc), Budgeting and Capital management.
• Lead all investing and strategic initiatives to deliver on the vision of the group to be a pan-African digital financial services powerhouse.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have 10 years+ of core finance experience and would have transitioned from accounting background to strategy and/or corporate finance functions.
