Job Description

• Reviewing application forms against pre-set criteria regarding qualifications, certificates, experience, and position types.
• Conducting a range of labor checks.
• Communicating with clients.
• Ensuring KPI's with respect to turnaround times and quality are met.
• Verifying accuracy of records in accordance to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Conducting interviews document verification and site visits/field activity using intelligence information to support decisions.
• Making and taking calls to employers for the purpose of verifying information stated by an applicant on his/her job application.
• Providing independent audit vouching and verification service for organizations funded by specific agencies.
• Every other duties that will be assigned by the Verification Manager.

Requirements

• 2- 3 Experience as a verification officer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; knowledge of fundamental computer concepts, including web. programs and Microsoft Outlook.
• Goal- and detail-oriented.
• Reverse phone/address tracking.
• The capacity to manage daily tasks while multitasking.
• Must live around Ajah, Awoyaya and Ibeju axis and its environs.
