    Vendor Relationship Manager/Specialist (Acquisition & Onboarding)

    • The Vendor Relationship Manager/Specialist will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-quality vendors across repairs, spare parts, and CNG services. The role ensures that all vendors meet operational, quality, and compliance requirements while building long-term partnerships that enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies aligned with operational and growth objectives.
    • Research, evaluate, and shortlist potential vendors across target geographies.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve competitive and sustainable terms.
    • Oversee vendor onboarding processes, ensuring proper training on company systems, workflows, and standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs, addressing gaps proactively.
    • Resolve vendor-related issues promptly to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of approved vendors, including compliance and regulatory documentation.
    • Build and nurture trust-based partnerships with vendors to secure preferential terms and foster long-term collaboration.

    Key Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relations within the automotive, transport, or service industries.
    • Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple vendor categories simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with fleet maintenance, automotive spare parts supply chains, and/or CNG operations.
    • Proficiency in vendor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Success Metrics

    • Number and quality of vendors successfully onboarded
    • Vendor compliance rate with operational and contractual requirements
    • Service level performance improvements from vendors
    • Cost savings achieved through negotiations and strategic sourcing
    • Vendor retention and satisfaction rates
