    Field Sales Agent

    • The Field Sales Agent will drive revenue growth by engaging directly with potential B2C and small-business customers in the field. The role involves promoting automotive repairs, CNG conversions, maintenance packages, and spare parts sales while delivering excellent customer service and meeting aggressive sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Visit prospective customers to promote company services and convert leads into sales.
    • Conduct basic on-site assessments and prepare preliminary quotes.
    • Distribute marketing materials and carry out product/service demonstrations.
    • Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales management to improve offerings.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.

    Vendor Relationship Manager/Specialist (Acquisition & Onboarding)

    • The Vendor Relationship Manager/Specialist will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-quality vendors across repairs, spare parts, and CNG services. The role ensures that all vendors meet operational, quality, and compliance requirements while building long-term partnerships that enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies aligned with operational and growth objectives.
    • Research, evaluate, and shortlist potential vendors across target geographies.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve competitive and sustainable terms.
    • Oversee vendor onboarding processes, ensuring proper training on company systems, workflows, and standards.
    • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs, addressing gaps proactively.
    • Resolve vendor-related issues promptly to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

    Service Manager – CNG

    • The Service Manager – CNG will lead and manage all operations related to CNG vehicle conversions, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role will oversee projects end-to-end, build technical capacity within the team, and deliver value-added services to both B2B and B2C customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all CNG conversion projects and related maintenance services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements for CNG systems.
    • Manage and facilitate technician training on CNG installation, calibration, servicing, and troubleshooting.

    Key Qualifications & Requirements

    • Proven experience in vendor management and customer relationship building.
    • Technical certification in CNG systems or alternative fuels is an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
