    Service Manager – CNG

    • The Service Manager – CNG will lead and manage all operations related to CNG vehicle conversions, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role will oversee projects end-to-end, build technical capacity within the team, and deliver value-added services to both B2B and B2C customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all CNG conversion projects and related maintenance services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements for CNG systems.
    • Manage and facilitate technician training on CNG installation, calibration, servicing, and troubleshooting.
    • Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of CNG kits, tanks, and related components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for CNG operations to reduce defects and improve service outcomes.
    • Track and report on operational KPIs such as conversion timelines, defect rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
    • Develop and market CNG service packages tailored for B2B and B2C customers.
    • Educate customers on CNG system usage, safety protocols, benefits, and maintenance requirements.

    Success Metrics

    • Number of successful CNG conversions completed within set timelines
    • Defect and rework rates on CNG projects
    • Compliance rate with regulatory and safety standards
    • Customer satisfaction scores for CNG services
    • Revenue growth from CNG-related products and services

    Key Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in CNG service management or alternative fuel system operations.
    • Strong technical knowledge of CNG conversion technologies, installation procedures, and applicable regulations.
    • Proven experience in vendor management and customer relationship building.
    • Technical certification in CNG systems or alternative fuels is an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
