    Van Sales Representative

    Responsibilites
    Sales & Distribution:

    • Drive the company van along designated routes to sell and distribute products directly to retailers and wholesalers.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Identify and convert new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
    • Ensure adequate stock levels in trade outlets and minimize stock-outs.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
    • Gather customer feedback and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotions.

    Merchandising & Brand Visibility:

    • Ensure proper display and visibility of Waye’s Bee Co. products in retail outlets.
    • Implement in-store promotions and ensure Point of Sale (POS) materials are placed correctly.
    • Monitor product freshness and retrieve near-expiry or damaged stock.

    Operations & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, cash, and stock movement.
    • Conduct basic van checks (fuel, maintenance, cleanliness) and ensure compliance with road safety standards.
    • Submit daily/weekly sales and route reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / NCE.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in van sales, FMCG distribution, or related field.
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
    • Basic numerical and record-keeping ability.
    • Knowledge of assigned territory and existing customer base is an advantage.
