Utility Supervisor at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain AHOs to ensure optimal performance and air quality standards.
• Manage bore wells and water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of air compressors, ensuring uninterrupted service and performance.
• Maintain chillers to ensure efficient cooling operations and minimize downtime.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of vacuum absorption machines to ensure energy-efficient performance.
• Supervise plumbing activities, including installation, repairs, and routine maintenance of water and drainage systems.
• Operate and maintain boilers to ensure consistent steam supply and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in utility management within a plant or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems, including AHOs, compressors, chillers, boilers, and WTP.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to utility operations.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
