Treasury Sales Officer / Manager (Asset Management) at Trovest Capital Partners

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Officer/Manager to join our Asset Management team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our Assets Under Management (AUM) to ₦25 billion and increasing Treasury Sales across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Grow Business Development, Funds, and Wealth Management for Treasury Sales within the Asset Management SBU
• Mobilize deposits from institutional, retail, and public sector clients
• Develop and implement strategies to secure profitable business relationships
• Identify potential sales growth opportunities and work with the portfolio management team to grow AUM
• Develop and manage customized investment portfolios and discretionary funds for institutions and corporates
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analyze financial statements to establish viability of investment proposals
• Offer investment advisory services and deliver investment solutions to clients

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Deliverables

• Achieve financial target of ₦25 billion by FYE 2025
• Meet sales target vs achievement (value-based)
• Achieve personal resumption target of ₦500 million within 90 days and ₦1.5 billion for the team

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a finance-related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in asset management
• Experience overseeing funds and managing portfolios
• Strong knowledge of the asset management business, alternative and structured investments, and institutional sales
• Analytical, numerical, and planning skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
