Treasury Officer (Mortgage Bank) at Don Quester Consulting

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Officer to support our treasury operations and ensure effective cash flow management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing daily treasury transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. This role is essential to sustaining liquidity, compliance, and operational efficiency within the bank\'s treasury function.
• You will work closely with the finance team to monitor cash positions, forecast liquidity needs, and support treasury strategies that align with the bank’s overall financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing cash flow forecasting, daily liquidity, and funding activities.
• Execute treasury transactions in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and present timely treasury reports and financial analyses to management.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with banks and financial partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in treasury or financial operations.
• Solid understanding of treasury policies, financial instruments, and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
