    Transformation officer

    Our client seeks thire a Transformation Officer tcoordinate and serve as primary point of contact for a range of transformational projects across the firm. He / She will support work streams of project teams, following up on numerous daily actions and initiatives that underlie a typical project and ensuring projects are properly planned, managed, documented and delivered effectively. They will be an ambassador for the principles and behaviors the transformation agenda is seeking tachieve.
    Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.

    Experience: 5years+ Post NYSC work experience with relevant experience in project management and in coordinating multiple projects

    Job responsibilities

    • Monitor and support work streams tensure overall objectives are achieved on time
    • Maintain working knowledge of current trends and best practices applicable tthe different pillars of the transformation agenda
    • Carry out research and analysis tinform work streams where necessary
    • Monitor diverse work streams tensure alignment with transformation goals and integration across all projects and initiatives
    • Create and write reports and presentations tinform on project work streams
    • Develop and track transformation budget
    • Create solutions tcross-cutting projects
    • Develop and monitor a framework tmeasure transformation performance
    • Document activities across all work areas and archive all transformation related work documents
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualification and Skills Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • PMP certification would be ideal
    • 5years+ Post NYSC work experience
    • Experience in project management and in coordinating multiple projects
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Ability tbuild excellent working relationships at all levels
    • Ability tproblem solve and think critically
    • Strong organizational skill
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Confident and assertive
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must be flexible and adaptable tchange
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
