    Audit Analyst

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist the Internal Auditor in implementing the Annual Internal Audit Plan
    • Carry out Full Audit Cycle of business units and shared services etc.
    • Regularly monitor implementation of recommendation issued both in the context of Internal Audit activities and External Audit activities
    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the corporate risk register.
    • Visit all Company’s location and subsidiaries to carryout routine inspection
    • Prepare and present Internal Audit Programmes to the Internal Auditor for review
    • Prepare and present Audit Working Papers to the Internal Auditor for review
    • Prepare and present Draft Internal Audit Report to the Internal Auditor for review.
    • Carryout Investigations as requested by Management and the Internal Auditor
    • Perform any other mission as requested by Management and the Internal Auditor

    Job Specifications

    • Education: Degree in Accounting or related course of study
    • Professional Qualification: Relevant Certification such as: ACA/ACCA/CISA
    • Experience: 3 Years in core Internal Audit Function

    MEP Engineer

    Job Description
    Key Result Area 1 – Business Development Support:

    • Assist the Business Proposal Management & Orders with technical inputs on quotations for our supported products on HVAC and PLUMBING systems.
    • Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
    • Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
    • Preparation of JHA, As-built documentation and SLA agreement for customers
    • Ensure the Design Consultants are well managed and assist the Project Management (MEP) to prepare tender documents for MEP contracts within the bidding period

    Key Result Area 2- Installation & Project Management:

    • Monitoring project implementation towards achieving the desired design goals
    • Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
    • Carry out installation of HVAC systems and Plumbing Systems.
    • Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
    • Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
    • Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
    • Assist in the installation of MEP work.
    • Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
    • Coordinate and administer MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.

    Key Result Area 3- Third Party Management:

    • Attend to customer inquiries, identifying their needs & request etc. with a view to guide them to choose our solution in meeting their needs.
    • Search for new products and carry out product technical presentation.
    • Attend to duties as assigned by MGR and DGM-SE Mechanical Engineering Companies
    • Ensure options are available for client consideration and customer’s needs are satisfied
    • Liaise with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
    • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
    • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree in Relevant Engineering course , Msc. Added advantage
    • 5 years cognate experience.
