Training and Operations Officer at Marshal Star Services Limited

A Position has opened for an experienced Training and Operations officer to join our team in our branch office in Abuja.

Requirement/Qualifications:

• BSC or HND in Security Operations Management, Criminology, Security Studies, or it's equivalent.
• Knowledge of physical security and it's components will be considered.
• Professional certification as  certified protection officer will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience as a retired paramilitary or military personnel will be a plus.
• Candidate's age of 35 to 50 years.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Must be residing in Lokogoma/Galadamawa environs at Abuja.
• Knows Abuja environs 
• 3 - 5 years experience with designing security training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle.
• Ability to conduct physical drills on guards force.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
• Ability to interpret and implement cascaded corporate quality objectives.
• Great team leader.
• Guard force management.
• Good time management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports using computer systems and the Internet.
• Social media expertise in WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook,etc.
