    Trainer & Assessor (Food Preparation & Culinary Arts)

    Location(s): Dewdrop Enugu, IMT Enugu, Dewdrop Abuja

    Dewdrop Institute invites applications from professional Chefs and Culinary Experts to train and assess students in our Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years’ hands-on culinary experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering establishments.
    • Strong expertise in international and local cuisine, food safety, and kitchen operations.
    • Teaching/training experience is desirable.
    • Passion for mentoring aspiring chefs.
