    Trainer & Assessor (Food & Beverage Service)

    Location(s): Dewdrop Enugu, IMT Enugu, Dewdrop Abuja

    We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage professionals to join Dewdrop Institute as Trainers and Assessors for the Diploma in Food & Beverage Service.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in restaurants, bars, catering, or hotel dining services.
    • Knowledge of service techniques, menu planning, customer care, and restaurant operations.
    • Previous teaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
