Role Description

• We are seeking a full-time Trade Manager to join our on-site team in Lekki.
• The Trade Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans, managing relationships with clients and distributors, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and working with internal teams to ensure growth in market share.
• The role also includes coordinating promotional activities, training sales teams, and ensuring brand visibility within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Trade Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Budget Management, and Inventory Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
• Proven experience in the beverage, retail, or FMCG industry is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
