Total Quality Management Officer

- Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc is seeking an experienced Total Quality Management (TQM) Officer to support continuous improvement and service quality across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Bank's quality management framework
- Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compli- ance with regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain Sops, quality metrics, and performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in TQM or process improvement
- Must have commercial banking experience
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements
