Telesales Representative at Eden Solutions and Resources

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to be responsible for contacting potential customers telephonically and informing them of the company’s product and services. The Telemarketer will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them.

To be a successful as a Telemarketer the ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Telemarketer will remain calm and professional under pressure and treat clients with respect.

Responsibilities

• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services.
• Explaining products and product prices
• Answering customer information about products.
• Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
• Maintaining records of customer contacts.
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
•  At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a professional tone.
• Must reside in Abuja.

Salary

N50000 per month.
