    Telesales Officer

     Job Description

    • Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce loan products and services.
    • Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
    • Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in telesales or customer service within the financial services industry, preferably in loan sales.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure.
