Job description

We are a business based in Ikeja currently looking to hire a proactive and result oriented Tele Sales Officer to join our team. You will be Involved in marketing the products and services we offer.

You will be experienced in both traditional & online sales/marketing techniques within the business services environment and be able to develop a client base within a short time frame.

• Generate new Leads & Business deals;
• You will be contacting potential customers to make appointments;
• Create & utilize sales process to get new business;
• Provide quotes and proposals to potential clients;
• Arrange Technical Meetings & Presentations with clients
• You will be required to develop Telephone Scripts as needed;
• Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets;
• You will be required to carry out other Telesales related activities

• An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
• Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;
• Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions;
• Excellent command of English Language - Written and Spoken;
• Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills and social media savvy
• Minimum qualification - HND;

Experience

• Minimum of 2 year’s professional experience;
• Must be proficient in utilizing the various social media platforms;
• Be creative and have the ability to use one’s initiative;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications;
• Must be an excellent team player;
• Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised;
