Job Description

• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Attend to online applications of prospective clients
• Ensure that all necessary documents are provided by the clients
• Submit all documents for processing to the Relationship Officers
• Follow up by ensuring that the customer transactions are consummated
• Prepare weekly reports of the leads and concluded transactions
• Ensure a high conversion rate of leads generated
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications dept in providing feedback from Advert channels based on quality of applications and any emerging trends
• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales target
• Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
• Experience in a Loan/Fintech environment is an added advantage.
• Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
• Experience handling and processing loan information over the phone is advantageous
• Fluency in English is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional experience using online forms to enter and personal information
• Speed and accuracy in typing
• Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was an important indication of performance
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
