Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (minimum)
• Bachelor's preferred Additional certifications in customer service or sales are a plus
• Experience: 1–2 years inTelemarketing or outbound sales, Customer service or hospitality, Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Experience in vacation ownership or hospitality is a bonus
• Personality: Energetic, persuasive, resilient, professional

Key Skills:

• Clear, confident verbal communication
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling
• Goal-oriented and consistent in achieving targets
• Client relationship building

Tech Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Microsoft Office basics (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Other Attributes:

• High call volume capacity and stamina
• Able to adapt quickly to changing lead lists or priorities
• Strong documentation and CRM record keeping - Willingness to work evenings/weekends
