Job Description
- Answer telephone calls from potential clients who have been solicited through advertisement.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Convert potential clients to paying clients by exploring various communication channels.
- Reach out to potential clients to present product offerings and answer their questions.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND or OND in any field.
- 2 - 3 years experience in telemarketing.
- Excellent phone etiqutte and good communications skills.
- Experience in real estate will be added advantage.
- Applicants must reside around Ikeja and environs.
