    Technical Sales Agent

    We are a fast-growing healthtech company transforming access to quality healthcare across Nigeria. Our solutions include a next-generation Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system that streamlines clinical operations, customised Wellness Programs designed to improve health outcomes, and Corporate Telemedicine platforms that power remote care delivery for HMOs and health institutions via Application Programming Interface (APIs).

    We are looking for driven, persuasive, and well-connected Sales Agents to join our team on a commission basis.

    Location: Remote/ Field-Based 

    Experience: 2+ years

    Key responsibilities

    • Sell our suite of healthcare products and services, including:
      • EMR solutions for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
      • Wellness programs for preventive care and health management
      • BP Monitor devices, which are bundled with our Heart Health wellness programs
      • Corporate telemedicine services tailored to HMOs and large organisations
    • Generate and convert leads through field visits, demos, cold calls, and networking
    • Engage HMO decision-makers, clinic owners, and HR heads in compelling product discussions
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, using a consultative sales approach
    • Report regularly on pipeline progress, leads, and sales performance
    • Advocating for our customers by identifying and championing intuitive, user-focused fixes & features
    • Performing quality assurance controls on features
    • Researching to identify customer needs and market gaps
    • Attend and complete the Sales and Product training to become familiar with our offerings and positioning

    Required experience and personal skills

    • Proven sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, tech, or related industries (preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
    • Comfortable working on commission-only compensation
    • Ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals and decision-makers
    • Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems is essential
    • Must be able to commit to the training program
    • Must be a fast learner and have a good level of technical knowledge & skills
