Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Avionic, or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Technical Records Officer or Maintenance Planner
Proficient in Computer-based applications used for handling computer data and information
Job role
Responsible for performing checks on the accomplished work orders including verification for filling, signing off, finalizing CRS, closing in the Airworthiness system, and archiving hard copy and digital copy.
Monitoring maintenance and repair activities of the aircraft and report any discrepancies or issues.
Liaising with CAMO, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain in improving process and problem resolution.
Reviewing the electronic record system, identifying errors and/or omissions, and liaising with maintenance personnel to have appropriate corrections made to ensure the system is reflective of maintenance activities performed
Monitoring logbooks usage and supply to line stations
Preparing monthly utilization report
Entering technical and flight log data into the computerized system
