Description

• Manage Mall & residential complexes involving various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall operations and Security
• Maintain Manpower reports, weekly reports etc
• Coordinate with local vendors , technical service providers  
• Monitoring the daily activities , Help desk , liaising the client Facilitator and providing a high class facility
• Price negotiations with vendors, Certification of bills for contractors & execution with in house engineering team
• Proficiency in managing the implementing process enhancement & quality control techniques.
• Well versed with  BMS ( Building Management Systems ) and its interface with HVAC, Firefighting , Electrical switch gears and various other utilities
• Maintaining of HT & LT, DG. Sets, power transformers, HT & LT Panels.
• Handling the HVAC Chiller Plants, VRV Systems. AHU, FAU, Chiller pumps with VFD and cold rooms of various capacities
• Monitoring  all mechanical related installation work, like STP & WTP
• Well versed with Industrial Kitchen extraction system , Cold Room and Refrigeration Equipment’s
• Maintaining the Plumbing , Treatment plants  Ring main systems , Booster pump, Transfer pump, Sump pump & WTP
• Maintenance of Firefighting systems includes   Sprinkler and Hose reel, Wet risers, Fire pumps (Diesel pump, Jockey pump and Electric pump) as per Government regulations and standards.
• Complete coordination for CCTV, PA. Systems, Access control, video door phone.
• An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
• Diesel Procurement , Receiving and monitoring
• Energy audit and monitoring
• Experience on  the Power plant with Gen sets and Local grid
• Liaising with the local authorities for Power Supply and general maintenance
• Well versed with Building maintenance , Finishing works , water proofing , Structural and Landscaping
• Fleet Maintenance / Passenger Vehicle  Maintenance ( Transport Department )
• Monitoring Security  Services

Eligibility & Qualification:

• At least 10 years experiences in managing community mall or department store
• Bachelor’s degree Engineering with Mechanical or Electrical background.
• A strategic thinker with sound business acumen, result-oriented, self-motivated, confident, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently and under pressure.
