Klasha is seeking a Technical Copywriter with a strong background in fintech, localized marketing, and UX/UI writing.
In this role, you will create compelling copy that drives engagement, and conversions, and enhances our current & potential users' experience across our suite of products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
Create engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Work closely with the product and design teams to create user-friendly UX/UI copy that simplifies complex processes and enhances user interaction with our software products.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and UX/UI writing principles to ensure our content is always fresh, relevant, and user-centric.
Measure and report on the success of our content marketing efforts, using data to inform ongoing strategy and tactics.
Supervise a junior team of marketers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Key Competencies / Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in fintech and localized marketing.
Proven experience in UX/UI writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a track record of creating captivating copy.
Experience developing and executing content marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Experience managing/supervising a small team of marketers is a plus.
Strong knowledge of fintech industry, trends, and UX/UI writing principles.
