• Led a team of online affiliate marketers, ensuring they meet monthly sales targets.
• Recruit and train online affiliate marketers from Nigeria and international markets.
• Strategically position digital products on social media platforms.
• Manage team remotely via platforms like Facebook, Zoom, and Google Meets.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to team members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience in e-commerce sales.
• Proficiency in social media & Networking Marketing
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
• Team Lead must have a good working conditioned personal smartphone & Laptop for work use.
• Good understanding of Cross Selling Marketing.
• Experience in using online platforms to manage teams of people - Facebook, Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
