• Identification of prospective clients
• Grow revenue, sales and market share across designated territories and maintain customer data base
• Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities
• Champion the development and implementation of customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with organizational strategies and policies; monitor effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement of same on a periodic basis
